Stacey Cooper is a Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Master, Quantum Energy Healer, Meditation Teacher, Shamanic Ceremony Facilitator, and Intuitive Coach who specializes in the area of Trauma and Somatic Awareness. Stacey has also studied and been mentored in Earth Priestess Arts, Divine Feminine Embodiment, and Relational Polarity with some of the best teachers in the space.

Stacey has a diverse background in Health and Wellness as she previously owned two wildly successful and internationally recognized Fitness and Nutrition Businesses before she went on her own deeply spiritual journey to face unresolved trauma.

Stacey's goal is to share her medicine, wisdom, and knowledge of the mind, the body, and its internal systems and bridge the gap between the physical and the energetic realms creating life-changing freedom for the soul.
